Our Chef and his brigade will prepare for you a traditional and sophisticated cuisine. He will surprise and charm you with his mixing of tradition and modernism. His menu, composed with fresh French products of the season will go with some of the greatest wines of the area.
Thanks to the Hotel’s kitchen garden, you will be able to discover fresh vegetables of the season we grew ourselves. Moreover, the products we serve mostly come from local producers so you can taste all the flavors and the authenticity of Provence. You will be served by the river, under a shaded outside with a view on the Monts du Vaucluse and on the Château des Evêques. By night, you can also choose a cozier atmosphere and eat inside by the large windows allowing you a night vision on the river, la Sorgue. Dishes “homemade” are prepared on site from raw materials.
